One of the highlights was the awards ceremony. The award was designed by Ivy Inman Peraldi, General and Artistic Director of INMAN Design, and produced by the company's talented women employees. It symbolizes collective effort and the excellence of women's work in industrial and creative fields.
During the convention, a group of participants toured the Productos Jumbo and INMAN Design factories to learn firsthand about their manufacturing processes.
